Auto Scheduling & Publishing

Consistent publishing is the fastest way to build topical authority. Rankspiral's scheduling system lets you plan and automate your publishing cadence.

Auto Schedule

Instead of manually scheduling each keyword, use Auto Schedule to distribute them automatically:

  1. Open the Content Map and switch to Calendar View
  2. Click Auto Schedule
  3. Choose what to schedule: all unscheduled keywords, a specific pillar, or a specific cluster
  4. Set the frequency: 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 articles per week
  5. Pick a start date
  6. Optionally skip weekends

Rankspiral will spread your keywords evenly across the calendar. We recommend 7 articles per week (daily publishing) for the fastest results.

Calendar View

The calendar shows your scheduled keywords by date. You can:

  • Drag and drop keywords between dates
  • Move keywords back to "Unscheduled"
  • See which keywords are planned, in progress, or published

Publishing to Your Site

Once an article is generated and reviewed, you can publish it to your connected CMS with one click. The article is sent as formatted HTML with the featured image, ready to go live on your site.
