1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rankspiral ("Service"), operated by Rankspiral ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Recurring billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at each renewal date.
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you do not cancel, you will continue to be billed.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.
  • No refunds: All charges are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial billing periods, unused features, or downgrading to a lower-tier plan. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Free Plan

  • We offer a free plan with limited features. The free plan does not require a payment method and will not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
  • To access premium features, you must explicitly upgrade to a paid plan and provide a valid payment method. No charges will occur without your explicit action.
  • Free plan eligibility is limited to one account per person. We reserve the right to revoke free plan access if abuse is detected.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Rankspiral uses artificial intelligence to generate articles and SEO content. While we strive for quality, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to search engine penalties, copyright claims, or inaccurate information.

6. Content Ownership & Licence

  • Your data: You retain all rights to the data, domain information, and instructions you provide to the Service.
  • Generated content: Content generated by the Service is licensed to you for your use, including commercial use. We do not claim ownership of content generated for your account.
  • Our platform: All intellectual property related to the Rankspiral platform, including software, algorithms, design, and branding, remains our property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate harmful, defamatory, or deceptive content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its underlying AI models.
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankspiral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruption.

10. Termination

  • By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that harms other users or our infrastructure. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
  • Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rankspiral is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
