• Billing information: Payment details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Site data: Domain name, page URLs, and content you provide for SEO analysis and article generation.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions within the application to improve our Service.
• Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for analytics and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate SEO content tailored to your site and niche.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, password resets).

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate RankSpiral:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
• OpenAI: AI language models for content generation.
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
• Pexels: Stock images for generated articles.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. These are needed for the Service to work and are always on.

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Once you do, we keep a random visitor id (rs_vid, for up to 13 months, renewed on each visit) and note where each visit came from: the referring site, any campaign tags in the link, and the page you landed on. We keep where your first and most recent visits came from for 90 days, and a 30-minute session marker that groups the pages of one visit. If you later sign up or log in, we link those earlier visits to your account, so we can see which channels bring us customers. We do not sell this information or use it for anything other than understanding and improving our marketing and the Service.

If you decline, none of these analytics cookies are set. You can also clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records). Generated articles and SEO data associated with your account will also be deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
